Fluffy kale leaves, beefsteak tomatoes, avocado slices, apple slices, chickpeas, black beans, and squeezed lemon juice. Pineapple, BANANAS, Pears, and glorious blackberries! That cheeky block of extra firm high protein tofu though. Right before Varmt could sink his teeth into the food he got distracted by a penetrating sound of a car crashing into a wall leaving its horn on like the car is screaming for help before its death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Varmt opened his eyes in realisation to that the sound was his alarm on the phone.
\u201cHere is your phone you left underneath me in the sofa!\u201d Tone said annoyed and tossed the phone to Varmt that caught it by juggling with it. \u201cI do have a killing hangover you know.\u201d She said before she left the room.
Varmt could feel someone glaring at him. Slowly he turned his head to face a clearly not amused Kaldt.
\u201cCould you please turn off that sound now\u2026\u201d Kaldt begged as he started to get out of the bed.
\u201cOkay\u2026\u201d Varmt answered with a nervous smile as he manhandled the phone to turn off the alarm.
Varmt watched Kaldt as he left the bed to look for cloths on his way to the bathroom. While sitting there on the bed with his phone he realized that he had a nice going headache that probably would kill him over time if he didn\u2019t do anything about it.
\u201cI need some painkillers.\u201d Varmt said out loud as he didn\u2019t know where to find them. \u201cWhere did Kaldt put them?\u201d he thought as he started his struggle to get out of bed.
\u201cThe shower is free now.\u201d Kaldt said as he came back in to the bedroom.
\u201cOh\u2026 Thank you.\u201d Varmt answered dumbfounded as he managed to get up on his feet and stumbled in to the shower.
As Varmt started the shower and let the warm water pour down on him and he realized he still had his clothes on. \u201cFuck\u2026\u201d
\u201cI left a towel and some spare cloths of mine I think you can use. Please don\u2019t take them in to the shower too.\u201d Kaldt said as he left the bathroom again to let Varmt finish his business in the shower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kaldt couldn\u2019t help but smirking about the dressed Varmt in the shower as he went out to the kitchen to help Tone cure her hangover.
\u201cWhy so happy? Did something good happen?\u201d Tone asked Kaldt as she massaged her forehead while being half dead.
\u201cOnly amused by Varmt being brain dead.\u201d Kaldt chuckled as he rampaged through the fridge looking for a cure.
It didn\u2019t take too long until Varmt entered the kitchen in the cloths Kaldt had picked out for him.
\u201cOh my!\u201d Tone said surprised and she jumped over to Varmt to harass his chest. \u201cYou should always wear this kind of clothes, they really enchant the presence of your chest.\u201d She declared while running her fingers over it.
\u201cThen I need more sleepovers at this place.\u201d Varmt answered as he winked to Kaldt that was holding out toxic cures on in glass towards them.
\u201cDrink this you love-birds.\u201d Kaldt said.
\u201cOkay\u2026\u201d both Varmt and Tone answered in a disappointed tone and took one glass each feeling defeated as Kaldt didn\u2019t seem to care about what they were doing.
\u201cYou should get ready for work, as I\u2019m already done.\u201d Kaldt said.
\u201cOh shit! I need to borrow your shower.\u201d Tone said and gobbled down her cure before quickly leaving the kitchen. Before anyone else had moved she poked her head back though the kitchen door. \u201cI need a towel. Please?\u201d
Kaldt followed her to the bathroom and handed her a fresh towel.
\u201cDo you also need to borrow clothes?\u201d he asked her.
\u201cNah. I got change of cloths with me in case the party would be too intense. As it was. And I don\u2019t complain about it.\u201d She answered and pushed him out the bathroom and closed the door behind him.
\u201cWhatever.\u201d Kaldt said before he went back to the kitchen to prepare Varmt for work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Varmt, Kaldt and Tone arrived to the company \u201cV&KTS\u201d together. Varmt had a change of clothes as he had to pass by at home to grab the key. He wanted to look professional or Tone would had teased him about it.
Kaldt looked around as they walked through the backdoor. It was his first time at this new company building with 5 floors. Kaldt followed Varmt and Tone to the reception desk and introduced Kaldt to the person behind the computer screen. An elder male named Simon.
\u201cWelcome!\u201d Simon said as he gave Kaldt a close look to remember what he looked like.
Kaldt nodded his head at Simon before he had to go after Varmt and Tone again that was headed for the elevator.
\u201cThis is the only thing on this floor if you take that door. The rest of this floor is the store and it\u2019s storage. You can get to the store though the storage that is beside the reception desk.\u201d Varmt explained while they waited for the elevator.
When the elevator arrived they all entered the glass cube and Varmt pressed the 5th floor.
\u201cWe are going for your office, we can have a look at the others on that floor later.\u201d Varmt explained.
Kaldt only nodded as he watched the floors pass by outside the elevators walls.
Tone gave Varmt a mischievous look. \u201cThe other clothes looked better on you.\u201d She said as the elevator dinged to tell them they arrived at the right floor.
Varmt didn\u2019t respond as they exited the elevator.
They split up, Tone went the other way, and Kaldt followed Varmt that showed him the way toward what was going to be his office. All the walls was glass on this floor and most of them were see through.
Varmt lead the way and opened a toned glass door to a single desk room. Kaldt was almost disappointed before Varmt opened the next door in to a bigger room with a big desk and windows instead of walls.
\u201cThe cool thing about our offices are that you can choose if you want to see through the walls or not.\u201d Varmt said as he pressed a button on a remote that was on the desk. To Kaldt\u2019s surprise the walls went see through and Kaldt could see the room they passed though, a big meeting room and on the other side of that meeting room he could see Tone behind a desk waving back at him. Kaldt gave Tone a small wave back before the walls tuned solid again.
\u201cDo you like it?\u201d Varmt asked looking straight at the Kaldt that looked like he was in a fairy tail. Kaldt was impressed by the company this far. Kaldt was glad that Varmt made the decisions he had for the company.
\u201cYeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees\u2026..?\u201d Kaldt answered.
\u201cDo you want to try the walls?\u201d Varmt asked as he held out the remote towards Kaldt. \u201cBut first I want to taste that vanilla skin of yours.\u201d he said jokingly before added: \u201cI just wanted to give you a good luck kiss. If you allow me to.\u201d
Somehow Kaldt found Varmt cute and felt attracted to the other male.
\u201cMaybe a small kiss?\u201d Kaldt answers giving Varmt a shy smile.
Varmt took the opportunity and went for it. The small kiss turned out to be a long tongue wrestle with hugs and the kiss ended with moan from Kaldt.
\u201cMaybe we should stop here.\u201d Varmt said and let go of Kaldt that was surprised that Varmt was the one to end this session so early.
\u201cOkay\u2026 Show me the rest.\u201d Kaldt said.
\u201cWant me to undress?\u201d Varmt asked, killing the mood that was in the air.
\u201cThe company you idiot\u201d Kaldt said.
\u201cWant me to undress the company? Sure.\u201d Varmt said and poked the button on the remote to untone the walls, making them see through again.
Kaldt did a silent facepalm. \u201cJust show me the way\u2026\u201d
\u201cThe office rooms in this building all have remotes and or switches to control the glass walls to be see through or not.\u201d Varmt said as he put down the remote on the desk. \u201cThe windows you can only see thought from the inside.\u201d
\u201cYou will also have the same responsibility and duties as I have, like always. You keep doing what you did before, but now you are here and not somewhere else.\u201d Varmt said with a smile.
\u201cAnd now you show me the stuff here you always talked about, so that I can see it in first person.\u201d Kaldt responded.
\u201cMy office is on the other side of the meeting room, beside Tone\u2019s. It is a mirror image of this office and secretary space. The rest of this floor is other offices that is housed by our economic department.\u201d Varmt said.
\u201cOur next stop is the Studio and the designer department.\u201d Varmt said as he lead the way down the stairs right outside of Kaldt\u2019s office.
\u201cWelcome to the realm of the designer department.\u201d two people said as they jumped out infront of Varmt and Kaldt as the stepped of the stairs.
\u201cHello and thank you Alf and Anic for that weird presentation. This is Kaldt in person.\u201d Varmt said.
\u201cWe know who he is.\u201d Alf and Anic said in perfect sync before they disappeared up the stairs.
Kaldt didn\u2019t say anything he just watched as they walked away.
\u201cLet me show you the rest of this designer department’s realm.\u201d Varmt said as he lead the way for Kaldt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Photoshoot studio, framed wall posters, designer rooms with ideas and stuff all over the place, the floor had anything that whatever a person would need or want to design anything.
The third floor they entered was the party floor. The floor where the partys, relises, catwalks and special occasions where held.
On the second floor there was offices and some meeting rooms, big and small, for signing contract and such.
And the last and and first floor was the store and the store\u2019s storage.
Kaldt was impressed and proud being one of the minds that created this company. He was happy to be back on track and now he would be able to do stuff himself instead of letting Varmt do all the hard work on his own.
\u201cLet’s go for lunch.\u201d Varmt suggested and kept leading the way for the quiet Kaldt. They stopped by a close by small restaurant that served Asia influenced food. They ordered a meal each and sat down at a table by a window.
\u201cWhat do you say?\u201d Varmt asked Kaldt.
\u201cThis is good, let\u2019s go here again in the future.\u201d Kaldt answered as he munched on his food.
\u201cThat was not what I meant.\u201d Varmt said as he also ate his food.
\u201cSorry.\u201d Kaldt said as he realized what Varmt wanted to hear about. \u201cIt is much, I\u2019m still trying to take in the fact that I\u2019m here with you after a decade. The company is great. Even live. But it is much to take in.\u201d
\u201cI\u2019m glad you\u2019re here.\u201d Varmt said with is elbows on the table as he put his chin in his hands, giving Kaldt a loving glance.
Kaldt couldn\u2019t help but blush as he looked back at Varmt.
They finished their meal and went back to the company. Kaldt could feel that Varmt was planning something as he almost didn\u2019t say anything on their way back to the company.
\u201cSo what are we doing now?\u201d Kaldt asked as they entered the back door.
The receptionist Simon sees them coming and stands up and says to Varmt: \u201cIt\u2019s ready.\u201d
Varmt just nods and presses the elevator to their floor.
\u201cWhat is ready?\u201d Kaldt asks.
\u201cYou\u2019ll see\u201d Varmt answers as he enters the elevator.
\u201cOh no\u201d Kaldt thought as he followed Varmt into the elevator.
Varmt pressed the third floor and didn\u2019t say anything during the ride up. He only stood there with a big goofy smile on his face.
The elevator stopped with a ding and as the doors opened Varmt said: \u201cWelcome to your Welcome-party!\u201d
\u201cOh no again.\u201d Kald thought and turned to face all the personnel that had gathered on the party floor to welcome him.
All the personnel just stood there quietly watching Kaldt and Varmt exit the elevator. It was almost a painful silence in the room. Two persons in the back of the room huffed and puffed as they made their way through the small sea of humans. It was the designers Alf and Anic that stopped in front of Kaldt quietly.
Without any warning they both loudly cheered \u201cWelcome!\u201d and the atmosphere in the room turned into party mode as the lights turned dim and music started playing.
\u201cThe cake is this way!\u201d the duo said and the sea of humans split to showcase a table in the back with a massive cake on it.
\u201cLet\u2019s have some of that cake!\u201d Varmt said as he grabbed Kaldt vrist and pulled him toward the super cake.
Kaldt followed Varmt and on his way he did his best to try and greet the closer persons with a \u201cHi\u201d or \u201cHello\u201d.
\u201cHello again\u201d Tone said as she held out a assiette with cake on it to Kaldt
\u201cThanks.\u201d Kaldt said and took the assiette.
The rest of the work day was the welcome party. The time passed by quickly and Kaldt had more fun that he thought he would have on a office party. They day ended with Varmt dropping off Kaldt at the entr\u00e9 to his apartment complex.
\u201cSee you tomorrow at eight o\u2019clock.\u201d Varmt said and started to wave but got interrupted by a surprise kiss on the cheek from Kaldt that blushed. \u201cor maybe I should follow you up stairs?\u201d
\u201cMaybe not\u201d Kaldt said, gave the red haired a tap on the shoulder before he went inside through the doors. \u201cSee you tomorrow\u201d he said before the door closed.
Kaldt entered his new apartment alone for the first time. He went through his packed stuff to see if he forgotten to unpack anything important. He ended up going through his box of old memories and pictures instead. Pictures of him and Varmt in high school, at their old home with The Butler. He even found the picture of their first kiss. He blushed as he saw it and hid it in the box again.
The time had passed and it was time for bed. It did not take long for Kaldt to be ready for bed with his evening routine. He crawled into bed and had a last peek on his phone only to see a message from Varmt: \u201cGood night, take care. See you tomorrow at eight. Love you. Varmt.\u201d
Kaldt blushed and answered the message with: \u201cGood night, Cya tomorrow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kaldt woke up the next morning to go through with his morning routine of doing some morning exercise before breakfast and then off to the office. Kaldt managed to be at the office early and only Simon at the reception desk, in the entry hall, was there.
\u201cEarly day to day?\u201d Simon asked as Kaldt entered.
\u201cNot in particular.\u201d Kaldt answered used to early hours.
\u201cHave a nice day.\u201d Simon said as Kaldt entered the elevator.
\u201cSame to you.\u201d Kaldt responded before the door to the elevator closed.
Kaldt got up to the top floor and entered his office, dimmed the walls and closed the door behind him. He took a deep breath before sitting down at his desk.
The surface of the desk was made out of glass, the bottom half was made like an old, but new looking, white desk for teachers. There was some folders on the desk and a computer with transparent touch screen and keyboard.
Kaldt took a peek what was inside the folders and there was the information for potential secretaries for him that Varmt picked out. He started his computer and got lost in time while going through his usual doings for the company.
He got a knock on the door and looked up to see Varmt enter.
\u201cHello there. I came by to see if you still was alive and here.\u201d Varmt said with a smirk.
\u201cI am most highly alive.\u201d Kaldt answered as he fished some last touches on the screen. \u201cDid you want anything more?\u201d
\u201cI was thinking off throwing another party, just to finish of the week with a kaboom!\u201d Varmt said with a big smile.
\u201cSeriously?\u201d Kaldt asked, not sure if the red headed male was serious or not. He could never know with Varmt.
\u201cI\u2019m kidding, we don\u2019t have the economics for it right now. I was thinking maybe you wanted to join me for lunch?\u201d Varmt asked.
Kaldt took a peek on the watch and could see that a lot of time had passed.
\u201cSure.\u201d he said as he turned off the computer. \u201cI\u2019m done anyway. Where do you want to go?\u201d
\u201cI was thinking we don\u2019t have to go that far. Maybe you want to try the lunch area we have at this company.\u201d Varmt said and undimmed the walls. \u201cLet\u2019s go\u201d Varmt said and lead the way.
They sat down in the cafeteria with one meal each they had ordered at the cafeteria desk.
\u201cThis is really nice.\u201d Kaldt said impressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the lunch they both went through the documents for their coming journey to Kvifanaru Huest, called Yellow Leaf City.
\u201cWe need this to be a neet and perfect suggestion for the Adachi Company.\u201d Varmt said as he flipped through the pages in the folder once more. \u201cAnything we should ad?\u201d he asked Kaldt.
\u201cMaybe we should stay open for suggestions they make instead.\u201d Kaldt said wisley.
\u201cYeah! Hundred percent! Because it is a collab!\u201d Varmt said happily.
\u201cYes.\u201d Kaldt answered to that.
\u201cMaybe we should stop here.\u201d Varmt said and gave Kaldt a serious gaze.
\u201cYes, sounds good.\u201d Kaldt said.
\u201cAll we have to do now is pack for our journey.\u201d Varmt said as he gathered all the papers and such into the folder again. \u201cLet\u2019s go home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They both got home and packed, they agreed on not seeing each other during the weekend to let Kaldt settle down in his apartment and Varmt not getting way too distracted by Kaldt. It was a calm weekend and it felt like the time flew by and it was Monday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
